1) FC 3111 Child Custody Evaluation: $5,000.00 – ($3,500.00 retainer + $1,500.00 non-refundable administrative fee.) This retainer covers the first 14 hours of service. 2) FC 3111 Supplemental Child Custody Evaluation: $4,000.00 – ($2,500.00 retainer + $1,500.00 non-refundable administrative fee.) This retainer covers the first 10 hours of service. Additional hours will be subsequently charged at an itemized rate of $250.00/hour. Does not include psychological testing. 3) FC 3118 Child Sexual Abuse Evaluation: $7,000.00 – ($5,500.00 retainer + $1,500.00 non-refundable administrative fee.) This retainer covers the first 22 hours of service. Additional hours will be subsequently charged at an itemized rate of $250.00/hour. Reports are not disbursed to court/attorneys/proper clients until full payment is received. Delays in payment are documented in the report.
4) EC 730 Child Custody Evaluation: $8,500.00 – ($7,000.00 retainer + $1,500.00 non-refundable administrative fee.) This retainer covers the first 28 hours of service. Additional hours will be subsequently charges at an itemized rate of $250.00/hour. Includes psychological testing. Reports are not disbursed to court/attorneys/proper clients until full payment is received. Delays in payment are documented in the report.
5) EC 730 Supplemental Child Custody Evaluation: $6,500.00 – ($5,000.00 retainer + $1,500.00 non-refundable administrative fee.) This retainer covers the first 20 hours of service. Additional hours will be subsequently charged at an itemized rate of $250.00/hour. Reports are not disbursed to court/attorneys/proper clients until full payment is received. Delays in payment are documented in the report.
6) EC 733 Child Custody Evaluation Review: $6,500.00 Retainer – ($5,000.00 retainer + $1,500.00 non-refundable administration fee.) This retainer covers the first 20 hours of service. Additional hours will be subsequently charged at an itemized rate of $250.00/hour. Reports are not disbursed to court/attorneys/proper clients until full payment is received. Delays in payment are documented in the report.
7) Home Visits: Home visits will be billed at $250.00 an hour/per clinician x2 (total of $500.00/hour). Visit will be billable from door-to-door, in 15-minute intervals. Deposit may be required at therapists’ discretion. Out of County or more than 90 miles may require lodging/ meal fees. $300 minimum overnight. Note all home visits will require two (2) licensed professionals for the safety of the clinician – 3 hours per home required which includes transportation time.
8) Documentation: At times, evaluative reports are required. There is a non-refundable minimum fee schedule as follows:
$150.00 Deposit Per Request – Billable at $150.00 per page thereafter. Additional correspondence to courts, interested parties, representatives, or others can be charged at $250.00/hour, at $62.50/15-minute intervals for court related documentation.
9) For Sworn Testimony/Deposition/Expert Witness: $500.00/hour with 4 hours minimum.
a) $2,000.00 for 8:00am to 12:00pm: Due 2 weeks prior to scheduled Court Appearance to avoid the $500.00 late notice administrative fee.
b) $2,000.00 for 1:00pm to 5:00pm: Due 2 weeks prior to scheduled Court Appearance to avoid the $500.00 late notice administrative fee.
c) $5,000.00 for full day, all testimony/deposition/expert witness/and or clinical verification cases.
10) Parenting Plan Coordinator/ Special Master: $3,000.00 retainer — ($1,500 each party). This retainer is for the first 12 hours of service. Most cases require: 1) Individual session per each party, 2) Joint session with both parties, 3) Documentation review, 4) One “Ground rules” session, 5) $250/hour thereafter.
11) Professional Supervised Visit Monitor: In house, by appointment: $50.00/hour. In field, by appointment: $75.00/hour. All visits have a two-hour minimum. Will travel within 20 miles of office. Custodial parent responsible for child/ren transport. Supervised Exchanges also available. Additional child and intake fees may apply and are accessed on a case-by-case basis.
12) Court Ordered Substance Abuse Assessment: Includes minimum of 5 sessions at $250.00/ per hour, including intake session, opposing session, testing session, results session, and writing of report. $1,750.00 Retainer – ($1,250.00 retainer + $500.00 non-refundable administrative fee). Additional hours over the 5 sessions will be charged at $250.00/hour.
13) Late fee: A “Late Fee” can be assessed if clients are uncooperative/ non-compliant with these offices timelines as requested. These fees can be assessed at the evaluator’s discretion. The fee could be $250.00/per week management of case files. Delays are assessed by the evaluator and are at the evaluator’s discretion.
14) Additional Court work hours: $250.00/hour.
15) Court-ordered therapy: $200.00/session. This includes reunification therapy, co-parenting, 3190 counseling, and any other court-ordered therapy sessions.
16) Cash-pay clients (no insurance): $180.00/initial session and $160.00/additional sessions.
17) Co-parenting/Parenting Online Group Class: $50.00/class/participant.
18) Private Co-parenting Sessions with Intern: $75.00/session/participant.
19) Intern Clinical Sessions: $50.00/session.
DISCLOSURES:
The retainer fee for any court ordered evaluation must be paid in full before any work on the evaluation begins.
Please note that the retainer fee is due to begin work on any court ordered evaluation, however further applicable fees ($250/additional hour) are due prior to the submission of the final report to courts/attorneys/clients.
Refunds are as follows:
For EC 730 Child Custody Evaluation and EC 730 Supplemental Evaluation, a refund excluding non-refundable admin. fee will be considered only if both parties have not completed any psychological testing. If testing has been completed by either party, there is no refund available.
For FC 3111 Child Custody Evaluation and FC 3111 Supplemental Child Custody Evaluation, a refund will only be considered if the interviews with the evaluator have not been scheduled. Once the interviews are scheduled, there is no refund available.
